The Hotel Evernia was built in 1925, during the Real Estate boom of that era. Originally called the Hotel Enoree, it is three stories in height with thirty-five rooms and has survived Depressions, World wars, and Hurricanes. In 1979 ownership restored the building and renamed it the Hotel Evernia. To this day it remains a family-run business. Being West Palm Beach’s oldest running hotel, it is a reminder of our city’s rich history. It is located one block from the BrightLine train service in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach.
The project is anticipated to maintain part of the historic structure and has gained DAC approval to build a 134-room upscale Hotel, with a spa, Roof-top pool, restaurant, and catering. Currently construction documents are being formulated.
